We work closely with all exhibitors to co-ordinate logistics, before the event takes place. So we’ll contact every exhibitor, as well as stand design and build companies to explain our services, site contact and service desk facilities. This essential step helps eliminate on site confusion.

Post show follow-up
We arrange a follow-up meeting after every event to discuss the overall experience and make sure our clients were 100% happy with our service.
We offer a complete transport service throughout the UK and Europe, using our own transport wherever possible to provide you with peace of mind, ease and assurance.
Our courier service ensures that we receive, check and label goods, delivering them directly to your stand. All we need is a copy of the tracking note and you can rest assured your goods will be taken care of.
Intelligent Scheduling System (ISS)
Each show now includes an ISS that allows us to pre-book all of our clients. It means you won’t be left waiting around for forklifts and other equipment, wasting precious time and money.
Items can be collected and safely stored for the duration of the show. What’s more, our ‘urgent facility’ guarantees you’ll have your cases and packing materials returned within two hours of the show closing.
